VATLY is pre-launch. There is no paid service to take terms over yet. This page exists so the privacy and terms links in the footer point somewhere sensible while the product is being built.

What applies right now

• Anything shown on vatly.uk is informational and not tax advice.
• If you join the waitlist, you are agreeing to receive occasional email updates from us. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• We are not yet providing a SaaS service — no subscription, no billing, no calculations stored on your behalf.

At launch

Full terms of service will cover the subscription, billing, refunds, acceptable use, our correctness disclaimer (we cite HMRC sources, you confirm with your accountant), liability cap, and UK governing law. The skeleton already lives in our governance docs at docs/GDPR_SCAFFOLDING.md; the final wording is reviewed by a UK-qualified solicitor before launch.
